Our background and considerable experience allow us to specialize in extremely difficult repairs, both on-site and in our well-equipped workshops.
For example, we are capable of installing complete lightning conductor systems on any type of rotor blade.

Inspection and maintenance
Inspection and maintenance are daily activities. Our customer base includes many wind farm operators. We often carry out end-of-warranty inspections and also assess damage for insurance companies.
One of our strengths is that we can perform repairs during the inspection.

Rotor blade replacement
NGup holds substantial stocks and can supply rotor blades for many different types of wind turbines at short notice. We also carry large stocks of parts and accessories.

Rotor blade design, production and tooling
Our large selection of production moulds means that we can react quickly to orders for new rotor blades, for small and large quantities. We are also capable of supplying complete production lines and training operators to produce rotor blades.

Consultancy and training
We use our know-how to support manufacturers, wind farm owners, insurance companies and our partners. We can provide advice about lightning conductors, vibration suppression, noise suppression, acceptable loads, price/performance and transportation, packaging and the removal and disposal of rotor blades.
